A power wash on its own only ever buys a few months — the moss and weeds come straight back because nothing was done to stop them. A proper restoration treats the cause as well as the surface, in four steps:

Fungicidal pre-treatment — kills moss, algae & weeds at the root

Re-sanding — kiln-dried sand rebuilds block paving joints
Two-coat SmartSeal — locks in colour, resists UV fade & oil stains

Why the sealer matters

SmartSeal is the sealing system we're trained and registered to install. It's the difference between a driveway that looks clean for a fortnight and one that stays protected for years.

Colour & surface protection

Protects against UV colour fade, waterproofs the surface, and enhances its natural colour rather than leaving a shiny film.
Weed & growth resistance

Solidifies jointing sand so it inhibits weed growth, and restricts algae and lichen from re-establishing on the surface.
Oil resistant & easier upkeep

Oil resistant and far easier to maintain going forward — increasing the surface's overall lifespan instead of just refreshing its look.

The Process

How a restoration works

Every job follows the same certified SmartSeal method, from first visit to finished seal.

Pre-treat & deep clean

We treat the surface with a fungicidal wash to kill moss, algae and weeds at the root, then use rotary-head washers for a full reset back to the base material.

Inspect & re-sand

With the grime gone we check the surface properly and flag anything worth knowing. Block paving joints are then re-sanded with kiln-dried sand once dry.

Seal & protect

A two-coat SmartSeal application locks in the colour and resists oil and UV fading, keeping weeds, moss and algae from coming back.
