Privacy Notice
What personal information New Creation Cleaning collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and your rights.

Who we are
New Creation Cleaning Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. We are based at The SPADE Enterprise Centre, North King Street, Dublin 7, D07 CX22, Ireland. What we collect
- When you ask for a quote or contact us: your name, email, phone number, property address and Eircode, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in your message. This includes the contact form, the instant price tool, and calls, WhatsApp messages or emails you send us.
- When we do a job for you: the address, the work done, dates, prices, invoices and payment records, and before-and-after photos of the work.
- When you pay: card and contactless payments on the day are handled by SumUp, and Direct Debit for regular plans is handled by GoCardless. We never see or store your full card number or bank details.
- When you use this website: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics records how you use the site, for example the pages you visit and whether you tap Call, WhatsApp or send a form. See our Cookie Policy. If you choose "Necessary only", none of this is collected.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We don't sell your information, and we don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. Prices from the instant price tool are always confirmed by a person.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Formspree, which delivers website form messages to our inbox
- Netlify, which hosts this website
- Google, for Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement (only with your consent), Google Fonts used on this site, and our Google Business Profile
- SumUp and GoCardless, for payments
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there
- Our email provider and our accountant
- Authorities such as Revenue, where the law requires it
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where that happens, your information is protected by recognised safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become a job: up to 12 months, then deleted
- Customer and job records: while you're a customer, then 6 years for tax and accounting purposes
- Website analytics: 14 months in Google Analytics
Your rights
Under data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- have it corrected if it's wrong, or deleted where we no longer need it
- object to or restrict how we use it, including reminders and photos
- receive it in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, for example by clearing cookies and choosing "Necessary only"
To use any of these rights, email info@newcreationcleaningservices.ie. We'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers, keep access to customer information to the people who need it, and never put customer details into public AI tools.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
